HKS-5001 and HKS-7001 as UV press-bonding machine
Our digital heat staking machines can be utilized as UV press-bonding machine.
Put the proper amount of adhesives such as UV curable Resins on the stake
portion with a dispenser.
Then use the UV irradiation machine, and give UV irradiation to the stake
portion while holding it with the heat staking machine’s tip.
Irradiation can be given either from above or beneath.
*UV irradiation machine is optional. Photo sample shows HKS-5001.
