a welder such as ultrasonic welder that melts portions to be bonded. On
the other hand, our heat staking machine does not melt portions to be
caulked but heats and deforms them. Hence, it is suitable for bonding a
plastic part and a metal without using screws.

．Upper and lower jigs, which fit each work-piece, and several other special
jigs are necessary to prepare.

．No. We offer automated and labor-saving machines that enable users to
achieve high-precision heat staking easily. Hence, we do not produce
hand press heat staking machines.

to deform thick metals. It can heat stake only small and thin metals
such as button batteries with small diameters.

．No, it cannot. It is possible to conduct heat staking demanding
airtightness if using a welder such as ultrasonic welder that melts portions
to be bonded. On the other hand, our heat staking machine is designed
to heat and deform them. Hence, it is difficult to maintain airtightness.
． Does cobwebbing happens on the work-piece right after
heat staking? Does it have function as blower to prevent
cobwebbing?
．Our heat staking machine heats and deforms work-piece, that is, plastic
deformation. Because there is no work-piece melting, there is no
cobwedding.
Hence, while available as an option, the blower function is not standard.

our heat staking machines for trial. Although there are no available
