　　　　Please feel free to ask us if there is something you wish to heat stake but you are
　　　　wondering whether it is possible. We will give you a reply or advice as soon as possible.
　　　　The heat staking in your mind is quite different from the actual one. Azuma Engineering

　１．　Please contact us by telephone, fax or email if there is something you wish to
　　　heat staking.　　　　

　２．　We check your drawing or sample work-piece.
　　　　　　The drawing can be not only the CAD-made but sketch.
　　　　　　Sample work-piece image can be attached to email.
　　　　　　Please also inform us about the type of plastic, production volume per day and the desired
　　　　　　cycle speed. 　　

　　　　　　＊We will inform you whethr it is possible to heat stake your sample work-piece.
　　　　　　　 We can produse samples to you for a fee you wish.

　３．　We consider what type of jig is necessary and how many processes the
　　 　work-piece should go through.
　　　　　 We can also do trial production for a fee if necessary. in that case,we set
　　　　　 delivery date.
　　　　　 We complete the sample production as soon as possible. You can preparethe jig on
　　　　　　your own and send it to us, and in this case, we can show you the design on the
　　　　 　 part of our machine which your jig would be attached to. 　

　４．　We have a meeting to show you the delivery date, quotations and the process.

　５．　Please send order form, work-piece sample and design if you wish trial production.

　　　　　＊ We inform you whether it is possible to heat staking your work-piece. We can also
　　　　　　produce pay samples if you wish. Then we have a meeting to discuss about detailed
　　　　　　specifications such as model and option. Please decide whether to purchase our product
　　　　　　after the meeting. We have a machine for demonstration. We welcome your visit, which
　　　　　　should be scheduled in advance.

　６．　We design jig with computer-aided design.

　７．　Based on the design, we produce actual work.

　８．　After completing the jig, we produce samples.
　　 　Then we send you samples via delivery service, and jig design will be attached.

　９．　When producing samples, your representative(person in chage) can visit us and
　 　　check heat staking conditions with us.
