We do not visit you for sales promotion. Please feel free to contact us after visiting our website.


Please read “heat staking FAQ” and “process guide” carefully and use the following procedure for inquiry. This procedure is designed for transactions with customers in Japan. For customers abroad, we need to discuss about possible arrangements.

You can contact us by email, inquiry form, email or telephone(+81-55-241-3391) about the product you wish to inquire.
We inform you whether it is possible to heat staking your work-piece. We can also produce pay samples if you wish. Then we have a meeting to discuss about detailed specifications such as model and option. You can decide whether to purchase our product after the meeting. We have a machine for demonstration. We welcome your visit, which should be scheduled in advance.
       
Please send us the quotation request form. Please also inform us about your preference on the following three items, which are reflected in the quotation.

  Besides machine itself, the following are items for which customers should pay. 
    Consumption Tax
    Custom-made jig for your work-piece(if ordered)
    Optional function(if added)

Ordered product should be delivered within 45 days after we receive your quotation request. Packing would be strong enough for domestic transportation. If overseas transportation is necessary, we need to discuss possible arrangement.
Please contact us by email or telephone for inquiry on how to use our products or consultation on how to design your jig.

We offer you a one-year limited warranty. In case of machine failure during warranty period, we offer you the following two solutions.
  1)
 Please send us the machine. We repair and send the machine back to you.
  2)
Please send us failed parts. We send you replacement to attach on your own.

 However, the following situations are out of warranty.

  ※Machine failure caused intentionally or negligently

Machine failure caused by inappropriate use or management
  ※
Machine failure caused by natural disasters
